- The goal is to tell Mycroft’s back story and his relationship with Sherlock
The new series called Mycroft Holmes and the Apocalypse Handbook, portrays Mycroft as a ‘diffident, brilliant’ young womanizer as he takes on a mission to stop a madman.
In an interview at Comic-Con with Jon Schnepp, Abdul-Jabbar said the series was doing really well and it will ‘be in five issues’.
The first volume of the comics published through Titan Books were released during Comic-Con.
When asked how he got involved with the project he said: ‘I always was curious about Mycroft, just what his back story was and I let my manager talk me into it…
